You have the choice of weapons made with Dragonbone, Obsidian, Black Ice, or Star-metal. So if a thrall takes 1800 seconds, setting the multiplier to 0.2 will make it 0.2 x 1800 = 360 seconds while setting the multiplier to 2 will make it 1800×2=3600 seconds. The multiplier is literally the multiplier. You can also change the thrall training speed in the server options.
